IE may be set to disallow downloadable plug-in's. You can enable it or install the Macromedia Flash player manually (just download and install, they have a "test page" as well).
BTW, I loathe Flash; it is usually an impediment to information retreival (the main purpose of the Web) and serves no purpose other than useless eye-candy.

As a fellow business owner, you may be interested to know that the typical Web user will wait no longer than ten seconds for a page to load, then gives up and looks elsewhere. Don't forget to take dial-ups into account.
Your site looks nice, but personally, I do not have the desire to hit next, next, next, ad nauseum to find what I need. Just some insight, FWIW.
