There are wash mits with gloves inside of them, one at http://www.griotsgarage.com

Also, use hot water in your wash bucket, it keeps your hands from freezing even more and the soap cleans better.

While you are at it, get an RV drinking water filter for your hose to keep sedimentary water spots from forming.
