Chrome rims in the winter?
I live in Southern IL, and in the winter we usually get alot fo snow and ice. My city uses cinders on the road to get rid of the ice. I believe we use more of that than salt since salt is more expensive. Would this damage my chrome rims? I plan on having alot of chrome highlights on my PT, and I am worried about how to keep them shiny and new when in those winter months! Any help is apprecianted.
