In your list of replaced parts I did not see a thermostat.

Even if the thermostat was replaced, sometimes new are defective.

If all else has been tried, I might perform one of those chemical tests on the coolant to detect a failed head gasket.

Good luck.
We did replace the Thermostat. I guess I'll have to check that to see what's up. Didn't think about trying a chemical test. It randomly overheated again today this time at 60 mph going up an on ramp. When I finally got it cooled down enough to drive it home at night it did not over heat, however it still making a "gurgling / bubbling" sound when i turn it off. There is no spillage or leaking overflow. Coolant did not spill out... I'm literally out of ideas of what it could be. The only think I can think of is maybe the Temp Sensor is faulty? Or the TIPM is making the Temp Sensor faulty? It couldn't be a Temp Relay could it?
