I remember a post by 3bar that said the CAT was 2/3 of the restriction in the exhaust or something to that effect. Not sure if a high flow would also be this restrictive?
I also contacted ATR about their 2.5" exhaust and they told me their exhaust would not work on a lowered car.
I wonder how the other 2.5" / 3.0" exhausts fit?
