You can do it in the drive way. Remove the wheel and the brake rotor, then use a sharp pointed punch with a hammer to knock it out the back. Put the new one in but don't try to hammer it in place. Instead, it will normally pull into place easily when tightening the lug nut. However, if it doesn't, don't over-tighten the lug nut. That may bust the wheel. Always use a torque wrench when tightening lugs on mag wheels.
