Default New radiator fan, and now new problems

Earlier this year, I replaced both fan relays in my '07 Touring Edition. This past weekend, the radiator fan finally quit completely (I have been researching it for a few months, and it died 15 miles outside of Louisville, KY - replaced at a nearby Chevy dealer who stayed late for me to get it done). Now, the high speed (I suspect, not yet verified) relay is sticking again. I had the coolant flushed a few days later (I had some water in the car, and put that in to top off the reservoir). I believe the Valvoline place that did the flush uses their Max Life works in everything coolant. Lord, I hope that is OK! Anyone have a relay issue after replacing the fan? I can't imagine that the electrical properties of the fan are that different from the OEM to the one the dealer got from NAPA.
