May have the same issue myself.

Airbag light consistently on. Power windows/blower intermittently do not work. If they don't come on when I key on, I can key off and back on a couple times and they will work for the entire trip, until the next time.

Changed the fuse/breaker in the box and still giving issues.

Didn't seem to have the issue the first week I drove the car, it showed up after I put a few miles on it...
