back from a 1200 mile run. We took my brothers GT, S1, 1800 miles on the clock. The best we did was 24.5 mpg. I am a bit suprised. I used cruise, set to 73 or so for most of that. Strait drive, no auto-sticken. Anyway on that long of a trip at steady highway I looked for more. So it apears (no big suprise) we drive pigs. Interesting thing over all the Pitsburgh Mnts. I never really had ANY issue with cruise surging or anything, it was always very smooth and did not seem to work the motor up and down as some cars I have used cruise in. Still it ran great and has all the guts you need to cross 31/2 states in 9 hours.
