Personally I would wait. Denso is supposely redesigning the spark plugs to be dimensionally/physically correct. That means no need for a special socket or special spark plug wires. It has been mentioned before that if you lose/misplace or even break the special spark plug socket or need to replace one or more of those special length SP wires, you are pretty much out of luck. If you read that article, they left the gap at 0.040, not regapping them to the OEM specification of 0.050. So naturally it would seem to run better. You could gap any other plugs or even your present plugs at 0.040 and get the same results they got.
