Default Re: Key replacement

You need to fill out your profile with your location and year of mfr for your PT.

If you have a Gen 1, the Gen 2 key may not work.
Go to a Chrysler dealership with your vehicle registration and driver's license.
Get the key code and PIN from them.
It may save an extra $75 or so from the locksmith who may charge you to get the key code and PIN from Chrysler.

With the right locksmith and correct model keys in hand, you can get 2 keys cut and programmed for $50. One key cut and programmed for ~$100 is typical. $200-$250 from a dealership is common.
