While I love the look, I've gotta say those smooth rollpans just
make me cringe. The reason for that is there's no room for
minor mishaps to just bounce off the bumper and not hit the
rear hatch. I'm in the middle of getting the back of my PT
fixed because I got rear-ended on my way out to Vegas for New
Years, and it is $$$. [xx(]
Even with the stock rear bumper, the bozo behind me managed
to mangle both the bumper and the bottom of the rear hatch,
plus crack the rear floorbed for the entire width of the car.
Right now it's looking like $2500, not including whatever else
they find when they start taking parts off so they can see
what might be covered up.
