Funny how the fail to mention how Hella invented HID technology and brought it to the fore-front.They also don't mention the extent of how NHTSA is 'reviewing' guidelines.They aren't just reviewing them, they're out to eliminate all aftermarket lighting through mandates.I have an e-mail from a guy at the National Motorists Association on exactly how NHTSA is looking to flex their muscle and steifle our hobby.
