Have you looked at the posts on srtforums.com? There are quite a few threads on all this and it is totally kicking my a$$.[:0]
scottmech has got his stuff together on this not to mention quite a few other guys. Just do a search and the info is there, at lot to weed through so I print what is relevant to me. Give it a try.
