www.mgwltd.com (even for autostick) and umm...i use coins to keep the dust out of the coin holder. it always shocks people in my club (puget sound cruisers) when they notice that i use the coin holder as a coin holder. i do have the front side windows deep tinted (with a underlayer of flames) to hamper the view of the ne'er-do-wells who might filch said coinage. the shift knob is available topped with either "PT" or "GT".
