Just a quick question though not for a Turbo. Would the parts list at the top work for a base model 03 Cruiser to which I am adding a rear sway bar to? In addition would the Eibach kit work with a non Eibach sway bar?....ie a Progress kit? I would prefer to go with a better quality mounting kit than the OEM.
Eibach rear install kit . . . most of the parts included would work on sway bars made by other manufacturers, EXCEPT:
the Eibach urethane bushings that fit in the 'U' brackets (that install on the rear axle) are sized specific for the diameter of the Eibach bar. If your other-manufacturer bar diameter is within a mm, I'm sure you can make it fit. But if the other-manufacturer bar is much smaller diameter, you will need a bushing with a smaller hole diameter.

Finished installation of my Eibach bars, using the Eibach rear kit. LOVE THE DIFFERENCE. Also, the Eibach rear kit includes clip-attached nuts for the infamous rear axle bolt. Makes install/tightening of that bolt very easy.
