Ya know, I'm still waiting for these freakin matts. I got an e-mail on the 3rd of feb apologizing for the delay and begging me not to leave any negative feedback on ebay.
They basicly said they were a small fast growing company and due to winter storm, a massive amount of orders to ship and issues with fed ex pickup there was a delay in the shipping. The e-mail states the matts had been shipped that day and I should have them within 10-14 days. Well being understanding I told the seller , no problem, wish i had been notified about a delay in shipping earlier but I could deal with it.
Here I am 17 days after this e-mail and still no matts. I e-mailed the seller yesterday stating that I still havent received the matts and my patience is wearing real thin considering I ordered them on jan 26th and they were paid on that day. I still havent gotten a reply from this seller and seems I'm not the only one who had issues with them. when I bought the matts they had all positive feedback, seems to have dropped in a hurry but also seems like the seller is generaly trying to get everything sorted out with everyone and they just tried to sell too much at one time and aren't able to handle the volume they created for themselves.
Being that I have been in customer service for 10 years , airline ticket counter at that, I know if you're trying to resolve an issue kicking and screaming isnt the way to do it.....but theres a certian point when it's called for.
