Full polished felt a little too much ~ Fully painted also seamed it would not compliment the curves of the spokes, so then I toyed with the decision of polishing the sides of the spokes and paint the top of the spoke, or vis-versa ~ which is what I went with, painted sides and polished top of the spoke ~ either way probably would have worked out O.K. ~ thanks for your input...
