The online installation guide is at www.ptdiy.net
They are updating the site, so if you can wait a few days, all the pics and info will be online for free.

The rear panel comes out with a few screws that hold the cargo net D-clips. The T-45 torx bit hold the seatbelt retractor in place.
The rest is just tucking the power cable along the door sills. The seats do not get removed.
The radio only takes a minute to remove. The connector just plugs into the rear of the radio. The groud eyelet screws to the radio chassis.

This mod is important:
The power lead should go to the hot wire at the lower power outlet, the one in the floor center console. The Mopar instructions ask you to splice into the power outlet on the center dash. This will power the sub all the time, 24/7. It will drain the battery anytime you let it sit for more than a few days.
There is a Mopar TSB detailing the re-wire.
Be sure to make a good splice. I always solder the splice to eliminate intermittent connections.

With patience and a little mechanical common sense, you can install it yourself.
MX-5 ....... you are the MAN!!!!!!!!
