I totally agree, but I had heard a different tale of the McDonald's coffee spill. The way I heard it, a guy in a sports car was driving with his mother in the car. They went to the drive thru where she got her coffee and the idiot of a son took off "like an idiot" and she spilled the coffee in her or maybe his lap. Either way, McDonald's should have been responsible.
