I assume there is both adhesive and screws.
The screws may be the ones that hold the wheel well covers in place, so u may not have to drill or at least only drill in plastic.
I have seen better trim kits, those just end in the middle of the bumper, like there should be another part of the kit.
I'd keep looking around. Check out Race and Street or PT Tuning.
