If it is a "turbo lite" then you are okay with regular. Your PCM is detuned and you will realize no improvement.
I always use synth in my turbo cars...always. It does not "coke" like dino oil. "Coking" is frying oil on hot bearings. It forms small abrasive granuals when you shut down and the oil stops circulating. When you start up again it wears the bearings until the oil pressure washes the bearings clean again. It doesn't sound like much but it can significantly reduce bearing life. The effect on turbos these days is much less because the bearings are water cooled though, but it is cheap insurance.
