Hi Boosta, I can relate to those frustrating little imperfections that only we notice, because it our own car. Not sure what type of brush/chemicals they are using on the wheels, but I can't imagion it doing that much damage. If you can only see it in the sun or certain light, I'm sure its fine surface scratches. My paint cleaner will work perfect for that situation, which you can find on my web site. Then follow up with a wax or sealer. I bet they are not pre soaking the wheels before the brush gets to it, that's the only reason I can think of which might cause that.
