How to License a Kit trailer in CA?
Does anyone have experience with licensing one of the small utility trailer kits in California?
I bought one from Harbor Freight Tools, to carry a dirt bike, and need to get a license plate for it. Just wondering if I go to DMv, with the trailer, without? or do I need some sort of highway patrol safety inspection first?
