What you don't realise about what she is doing to make S2 CARB compatible is to make all the sensors at least seem to be working. We are fast approaching a time when even cars in the boondocks will be tested by inexpensive obd II or III sensors, and it will be pass or don't drive.
I will take full credit for requesting this small added embelishment that will make me stand in line to buy the S2 product!
