This morning as I was on my way to the store, I noticed something new. This only happens when I am braking or stopping. I braked, and held my foot on the brake at a stop sign. I get ready to move, and when I let off the brake, the steering wheel will Click, and move a little on its own. Sometimes if I am braking and have the wheel turned, and I give the car gas to go forward, it will make a couple of pop/click sounds as I straighten the car back out. These are my only guesses.
1 Bearings?
2. Rack needs to be checked from when it was worked on before?
3. Brakes may need to be replaced?

Any thoughts?
