Taylor wires is another good choice. They make branded wires for Crane and many other well known performance companies.
Spark plugs can be bought locally fairly easily. Spark Plug wires that you want may be problematic, depending if your parts or speed shop can special order the wires for you and at the price you are willing to pay.
