I've only had my Light Almond Touring/turbo for a couple of weeks. I waited 4 years for this combination. This is my thought, and obiously several of yours as well. If you took one of each of the 4 door sedans in this price class, striped off the name emblems, and mixed them up in a parking lot, the owners wouldn't be able to identify their own cars. I don't have that problem, but have to admit, the spoiler makes locating my PT easy. My local dealer (Central California) had to look for an Almond Touring with turbo, and only located 2 within 150 miles. I wouldn't have 'ordered' the spoiler or the 6CD changer, which were on the car, but my daughter loves the spoiler, and most of the CDs I own are in the dash. The original Bay Area dealer still had a $2000 dealer markup for this car. My dealer does not add any markups, and removed that sticker.
If GM brings out the HHR retro wagon, they will have learned to bring out the hot model right away.
