No ticking noise here @ 13,000 miles. That sounds like the dealership's "I'm to freakin' stupid and don't care about you go screw yourself unless you can bring your car in here for something I can charge you full retail for" standard answer. Hope there are other dealers in your area. Although they all seem to be trained with this response.
