Depends what you mean by "won't turn over". If it actually doesn't "turn over" or is very slow in "turning over", that power comes directly from your battery...have it checked out. It doesn't matter how new the battery is, they can all go bad.
If it "turns over" and doesn't "catch/start up", that's a different story and the problem probably lies with your ignition parts (plugs/wires/coil).
