Howdy ya'll,

I just had my '03 Lt Ed, automatic transmission fully flushed, changed filter, and refilled with Amsoil 100% synthetic tranny fluid. Noticed I now have a strong downshift when almost coming to a full stop. Didn't notice much of one before.

I decided to disconnect the negative cable on the battery for a couple minutes to reset, and relearn. Don't know if that will matter with the performance of the tranny though.

Whaddya think? Sound OK to you?

Other than that, it seems to shift a little nicer, quicker than before, less hesitation, might be my imagination, It could be I'm looking for it to make some kinda difference to justify the $170.00 bill!

(I had it done at 40,000 mi, I bought the car with 32,500 mi on it already, and just wasn't sure the 30,000 mi recommended maintainence was done, so I upgraded anyway.)
