Just do it yourself.
These are steps of what I have read about or printed from previous users.
1 - Flat head screwdriver, or * Trim Stick
1 - Philips head screwdriver
1 - Roll masking tape (best grade available)
1 - 2 Cans Mopar primer
2 - Cans Mopar spray touch-up paint *
1 - Can Mopar clear coat
1 - Tube of Mopar touch up paint
1 - Tack cloth
Remove panel
Wet sand the exposed surfaces, which you will be painting. Using 400 grit sandpaper to do this. Clean with a wet paper towel and a clean cloth, followed by a tack cloth.
Wipe the surface clean than apply a coat of primer.
Let dry.
When the first coat of primer has dried wet sand the surface, clean and apply another coat of primer. Aplly three coats and wet sand between each coat. Clean with a tack cloth after each sanding.
After the final coat of primer wet the surface with 600 grit sandpaper then wiped the surface clean.
Apply the Mopar spray paint to the console in heavy coat. Let dry for 24hrs.
Wet sand the surface with 800 grit sandpaper. Wipe the surface clean and apply another coat.
After you have sprayed the final coat, do not wet sand. Spray a coat of clear coat on the surface. Spray as many as you like.
Carefully remove the masking tape from the console as not to take off the finish.
Edges may need touching up.
Reinstall console.
