The funny thing is, though our car is based on that same chassis (with a little bit of Neon for good measure) it turns like a mack truck, and the Cirrus was one of the best turning cars I had ever driven.

By best turning do you mean handling or turning radius? My Stratus actually handled reasonably well for a front drive car, but the turning radius doesn't compare to something like my wife's '92 Camaro - which I hate, by the way. I can just about turn that thing around in our garage. Every time I drive it I'm amazed at how manuverable that thing is. The Stratus, in my opinion, was actually a better overall handling car though.
