Hudd, not sure why you're getting the reduced boost, but doing the tranny quick learn won't bring back or otherwise change your boost levels. Maybe brngrhd will grace us with his wisdom and take a shot at this.
I do know that if you disconnect the battery for a period of time you do not have to redo the quick learn.
