Ferrari, Porsche, and many other expensive makes come from the factory with Mobil One already installed. Using crappy oil for the first oil change will not benefit your new high tech engine one bit.
Personally, I put in synthetic at 1,500. That's about all the crud and carbon from the funky oil that I could stand.
