From what I have read it appears other people with the
Dream Crusier 2 are experiencing this same problem. It could be that the seats are all black leather and the orange part is dyed orange--not sure. [:I] Anyway, you may find this thread on the subject interesting:

I would think
DC should take care of this matter under warranty. Good luck in solving the problem.
