Well, I just called Levis, and strangely enough a real live person was talking with me in less than a minute, which shows good Customer Service to me.
I explained the problem, and the nice woman said she would have some big regional guy or something call me no later than Thursday to try and tell me what I should do.
We'll see if they can help me out on this, and I'll let you know what they say.
