Default Advice on Alternator and Batteries

Need some help finding a performance alternator for my 2001 Touring edition 2.4L auto. I have a considerable audio set-up that I am in the process of upgrading to a better louder one thats going to need more juice and power. What is the current ampage of a stock alternator and what should I be looking for in a new performance one? Like are there certain companys I should try and ones I should steer clear from? Need to know before I buy, I'm going with 2 Optima Yellow Top Batteries one under the hood and the other in the trunk to help with the power. I am also going to be getting a very elaborate video system installed as well, but later on. Any help in the matter would be appreciated thanks, PT Lilly

Here is a quick run down of my audio set up: Alpine CD/MP3/WMA/XM reciever. JL Audio VR 6 1/2" CS in doors and JL Audio TR 5x7" in rear. JL Audio E4300 4-channel Amp for Highs and Lows. JL Audio 13"W6v2 subwoofer in a sealed box. With a JL Audio 500/1 Mono Amp into 1 channel. Dynamat Trunk insulator Level 2 in rear and Dynamat Door insulator in all 4 doors. The headlights have been known to dim when I crank it! It was recently at a DB Drag event and was metered off the dash at 145.1 dbs. Not bad for one woofer.
