Sci-Fi gave you all of the info you need. I had to adjust things a bit by turning the protruding offending to one side.
I purchased a 3/8" drive racheting in/lbs torque wrench at a flea market for less than $20.00. I find that it works as well as a Craftsman for $55.00.
