Here's a cheaper idea on the black out on the rear windows. Use vinyl, it can be easily applied, it's cheap, it can practically be matched to your paint, and it you don't like it, take it off. Enough material to do both sides would probably run about $40-50 if it's metallic, a little cheaper if it's a flat color. I have done various things like this on other cars.
