Hi There,
I am new to this forum and I am looking for some help choosing new All Season tires for my 2001 LTD. I don't know alot about tires and I am finding it all a bit confusing and being a woman doesn't help. What do you fellow Canadians think is the best tire to get ?? Thanks Harnesshorse

Thank you
I was thinking I would go with the BF Goodrich Traction T/A and after a lot of pricing (I am getting them from Sam's Club as they are the cheapest. I don't have a membership to Costco so I don't know how theirs prices compare. I can't believe there is such a price difference for the same tire depending on where I call some times as much as $200 more for the 4 tires installed. Joanne

I, had an '03 PT GT turbo until this summer and traded it in on my wife's new car. Still have 4 Cdn Tire winter tires (on rims) in the garage. They are Nordic Icetrac, P195/65R15 and have 8299 klics, original invoice and fall and spring invoices are available for inspection. Selling for $350 which is less than half the replacement value. |

question too... on my pt (see below) will 205/65R15 be too wide (and rub)?
They replaced 195s that came with the car when I got it. 205s are my winters from the Sebring. I think I see later model PTs rolling off with 205s, but no specs on 2001 pt. any insight?

It might grow on me like that "dog so ugly it's cute". If it behaves and doesn't pee on the driveway, maybe I'll give it some mod-treats!! |

nevermind.. I think they'll be ok. For new tires... what kind of conditions are you most concerned with driving in, and do you do alot of driving?
