I had to call in both cases. For me shipping ended up being about $50CA. I am in mississauga.

As an FYI- when you buy something from the USA and have it shipped into Canada, if its labelled as a value over $50 US, you will end up paying $35 in BROKERAGE fees, PLUS the TAX on the converted value!! A $100 US item will end up costing almost $55 in brokerage and taxes ALONE (add onto that the conversion on the base price also). UPS are robbers, legal, but expensive!

Get the seller to value the item at $50, and label it a GIFT!!

u only pay brokerage fees sometimes depending upon the type of shipper u use...if you use USPS you should not pay brokerage fees from my experience.
However, u are right in labelling it less than 100bucks
