Default hey nbr

got a BTG air intake the other day, a pain to install, its a tight fit in there.

sounds like a bag of marble rolling around, not sure if I've gained anything or not, must get a dyno run in.

Not sure about the "bag of marbles" I don't hear that with mine. I agree about the install though I cut my hands up big time. I think I feel a difference but I cannot say that I really gained anything except sound. I like it though....

I'd like to meet some time to check out your gauge install. I have the gauges but I am putting off the install til I can see one finished....I guess I'm Paranoid[:0]

Are you going to install a BOV? Am I right that a BOV should quite the marbles?

reading your other posts I finally figured out the "bag of marbles". Its the sound you hear when you let up on the gas while the car is moving right?? I had to think about it for a minute.

As others have said the sound was always there...you just couldn't hear it because of the silencers. I actually like that sound...it scares Civics

Sorry to ressurect this old thread. to Lazy to start a new one.

Punch man I am still hoping we can meet someplace soon. I want to check out the gauge pod and install as I have not made any progress on my own.

I am in a holding pattern now as I am currently waiting for more info on the convertable. 98 Neon Driver has already committed to buying my car this spring so I don't want to give him any more free mods...[|)]

As it is he is getting about $1000 worth already....[xx(]

drop a note here if you are free in the near future and we can try to set something up. Trying to get this gang together always seems to be a bust.

Thanks
