A dealer would probably charge you more I am just quoting you a fair price for the difficulty of the job if you went somewhere to have it done. And no I am not saying that its a difficult job, its pretty easy but it should take with the proper tools with air tools as well about 2.0 hrs to complete.

Spidy these can, and should ONLY be done with hand tools, don't know about you but I sure as hell wouldn't use air tools to install bolt into aluminum, it's way too easy to fugger the threads.

maybe for someone with youre skill of tools but I have been a mechanic for 10 yrs and if you know how to use air tools you would not have a problem aluminum, plastic or whatever the materials may be air tools are air pressure regulated belive it or not you can turn down the power of an air tool LOL[:0]

Hey Punch,

Sorry, been off the computer for a bit over the holidays.

Haven't done a dyno pull just yet, been trying to tune my partners Integra w/VTEC conversion.

As for the valve cover, I would recommend the install for that at the same time that you do the Stage 1 since you will be removing the upper half of the intake to gain access to the valve cover. The install shouldn't take more than 2hrs. Last Stage 1 install only took 45 mins with 2 of us working on it. We charge $75/hr for labour.

Now thats funny You'll have to forgive '98 he still hasn't figured out the the gas pedal isn't a swtich. I think airtools would be very dangerous in his hands.

I tell ya, I'm with Neon.I once twisted off a bolt in an aluminum head just *barely* tightening the distributor hold-down on a Mazda.I had to tap it and it sucked!
