Anyone going to the NAIAS?
Just wondering if any Canadians are going to be brave enough to try and go to this years North American International Auto Show in Detroit. My wife was reading about the border crossing wait times of up to 8 hours at the Detroit-Windsor crossing.
Anyone gone over recently? How were the wait times?

If you ever go to theirs you won't want to go to ours again .Detroit is where the world goes .I haven't been for a few years it was amazing then and likely more so now .

I second that. Used to live down that way and went to the Detriot show a number of times. The Toronto show is no comparison.

He never shuts up about it. I think he is even buying stuff for it already... He's been quiet on the boards today. Battery must be dead in the Laptop
 News on the convertable has been a little thin in Canada. As soon as I can drive one I'll make a decision. Won't by a car I haven't driven though...

The convertible looks great but it losses a lot of the functionality that I have grown to love in this car like all the cargo room,all the different seat configurations, and the practicality of the vehicle in general, and lets hope it doesnt become like the VW cabrio branded a chicks car! just my 2 cents[:I]

Bridge and tunnel in Detroit don't appear to be a problem. Our son and DILaw went back to Atlanta yesterday through Detroit and had no wait and no problems. I got to drive their brand new Hemi Durango on Saturday didn't beat on it it only had 920 miles on it , very nice though .
