Default Brampton Chrysler

Guys,
I switched back to Brampton Chrysler recently (this is where I bought my PT GT from) from another service centre due to location (easier to get it serviced now).

Wondering if I could get some comments from anyone with a PT (preferably a GT because of the engine) who uses them for service. I have heard horror stories of many dealers in the past.
Would like to get stage 2 or 1 and would like to know if they know anything about our engines.
Thanks,
LIP

Are they a 5 star?
Not sure it matters but you should at least fill out the service card next time terribly and give DC a call.

Wow, no service card or purchase survey...hmmm...crazy.

I received a purchase survey that I filled out...then a service the first time but I took it to another dealer for convenience sake (and to have one of the guys on this board look at it)...got a service card from them...not I took it back to the original place and received one from them.

They told me if I give them the filled out service survey, they will give me a free oil change...I'm wondering if they are meaning they want to fill it out? Not sure this is very moral.

I have the same problem with my piece o crap goodyears too! I got one replaced because it was definitely defective but I still have shaking from them! Unfortunately, it is Goodyear that you need to go to with tire problems because if you read all warranty info and everything it pretty much states that!

As far as Brampton Chrysler, I used to go there years ago but I go to Brennans Dixie now (Dixie just north of Steeles)

I have been very happy with Cooksville Chrysler on Dundas just a few blocks east of Hurontario

The Service Manager at Brampton Chrysler (Kingston Moorehead) OWNS a PT (actually, its his wife's). Next time you go there for service, introduce yourself. he is a good guy and very approachable. tell him "Sean" said hi!!

Nice to see PTs from Brampton here, besides me.
