F/S - Convertible Boots

Hey everyone,

I have two convertible boots, and I obviously only need one. I cannot make up my mind which one I want to keep. I have a dark grey, and a taupe convertible boot. I will sell whichever one goes first - and then the decision is made for me! I will also consider selling both, if there is a buyer for each one.

Neither boot has been used more than 5 times. The rest of the time they have been in my living room, or in my closet. Both boots are in great condition. I am asking $300 each. Offers are more than welcome. PM me if you would like pictures or more details. Both are in my living room right now.

These are located in central FL. I will consider shipping, but would much rather sell them locally.

Of course you are free to ask what you want for the cover but it seems a weeee bit high according to whats on e-bay.

The auction started after I posted my ad, so I had nothing to go by, other than my price is over $100 off what it costs to buy new. I also stated, "Offers are welcome." I won’t turn down a reasonable offer on a used part - After all, the parts are used. My opinion on what they are worth might not be right. I think the part is WORTH that much, but the market might say it's only WORTH $200. That’s what offers are for!

The eBay ad states correctly, that these boots are over $400 from the dealership. The tan one came with my GT, the black one I bought for my 2006 Vert that I just traded.

The cheapest store I could find sold the boots for $385 + shipping. This could have changed though in the past couple months. I will watch that auction, and see what they go for. I wouldn't mind putting the items on eBay, but then I would have to decide which one I wanted to keep!

They fit all years as far as I know. It's off a 2006, so pretty sure it's the same. Currently I believe I only have the light gray one available. I am working out a trade for another PT member, that wants to trade a light gray for dark gray.

So if you are interested in the light gray, send me a PM.

I now have a pastel slate gray convertible boot for sale, after helping another forum member with trading my dark gray for his light gray.

I'd love sell this quick, as it's sitting in the apartment (no garage) and my dining room set and the new couch and stuff finally has come in. I'll be posting this on ebay, as soon as I find a box to ship it in.

Until then, I am accepting office on the pastel slate gray convertible boot.
