'01-'05 dash switches and panel

I got this whole bit from a wrecking yard. I just wanted the 12v outlet but I got the whole panel with the switches. I can say that the defroster switch works but I can't say for sure that the wiper switch does since I removed the motor from my car so I'm unable to test it short of pulling the hatch door apart and getting out the multimeter. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work though. While I'm assuming that the switches are the same for all years, here are the part numbers to confirm: wiper switch: 04671671AC PA66-GF15 and defroster switch: 04671670AB PA66-GF15. The panel comes with two "fillers" in the back for unused connectors to plug into. There's no broken or cracked locking tabs, no gouges or anything like that. I don't really know what to ask for this stuff. $5/switch + shipping? $7 for the panel? $15 for everything + shipping?
