Parting out the kit would make it impossible to sell If anyone wants the front or just the rear...Heck I dont really care, as long as it all adds up to $400 Ill be happy [B)]

Hehe. Then you have to have a name like "6PackPT" or something like that...

Well: If anyone wants just the front and rear for $275 we can make a deal here.

My reasoning: If I sell the side skirts then (maybe) no one will want the rest of it, so I will have essential sold teh kit for $125.

After checking the ad, it says this will not fit the turbo model. Since you have a turbo and bought the kit, do you know something we don't know? Will it really fit? If so, I might be interested. Thanks.

Doh! I posted that it fit a GT on PTE.

All the manufacturers have said that the kits do not fit. The problem was the possibility of airflow restrcition to the intercooler. This is obviously not the case. Many GTs have been fitting the Crusher front end on their GTs. Even with the optional grill the airflow if not restricted enough to cause problems.

But if anyone is really interested I will take the time to test fit the kit on my GT and post pics to remove any doubt.

I am interested in just the front and rear, not the side skirts, so we may be onto something here. You may be right about the restriction part, and I have seen the crusher kit on a turbo. I also have concern about the additional clearance required for the intercooler. I am (at some point) going to upgrade to a larger intercooler, so I do need to know just why they say it won't fit a GT. I agree that the appearance of the lower opening is on a par with or even larger than the original, but having tried to put a bra over the GT front end that wasn't designed for it, caused many bruises and much adjusting of the snaps to make it work.

I am in Texas, and would consider meeting halfway, IF I can be sure it fits without any major cutting or modifications. Let me know.

Thanks!

As far as upgrading the intercooler, because this snaps over the existing bumper, if your IC wont fit this kit, it wont fit under your bumper in the first place. Our ICs are quite wimpyand although I havent looked recently I dont think youll be able to get away with a giant one without custom fabbing a new bumper.. This weekend Im attacking my headlights anyway so Ill snap on the front and take some pics.

Where in TX are you?
