Default 2004 Series 3 Dream Cruiser: Looking for sales advice

I've got a 2004 Series 3 Dream Cruiser that was my Dad's.
He & I bought together new at the end of year 2004 for him to have in Colorado. He passed away in 2007.
It's been in my Garage in Arizona since he died, and other than my wife's trips to the grocery store, and occasional trips to keep it from just sitting, it's not been driven much. 31,000 original miles.
I have decided to go racing and need the 3 garage space to accommodate the two daily drivers and the new race car. I've held on long enough.
I see on this forum that prices for these things are all over the place. I'm looking for owners that have actually sold the 220 HP limited edition 1500 numbered sequential VIN's, fully loaded, in Blue and Silver to get an idea on what the market is like and are they really sought after. It will help determine if I want to sell it.

Picture is a little small. But I have seen these before. Any condition issues, if any should be noted. I would look it up on kbb. Keep in mind that the mileage will bump the price up a bit. You won't get that much but it's a good bargaining tool. Sentimental attachment adds nothing too market value. Just so your ready for that. But a great story is a good marketing tool.

Did a fast KBB and if it's in excellent condition, a private party sale should go for about $7500, according to their calculations. Only 3% of used cars are in the excellent category, so you might drop down a level which would drop the price down some.

Thanks all who have responded.
I did go on Edmounds and do a appraisal and it came back at $8500.
But as I stated in my post I was curious what people are actually getting.
In this economy, and the type of car, appraisals are not always what the market is paying. And that is what I'm looking at to base a decision.
The overall car is in great shape, The big feature is really low mileage and yes i think that is why the apprasial came back pretty good.
We are big on servicing our cars, it been well maintained. The things that show wear is in the front end leading edge of the hood. In Colorado where my dad lived they get a lot of snow and often throw down sand on the roads. He never put a clear bra on it so it has pitting in the paint from the weather where he lived, the Interior is in great shape. I had it detailed when it got to us & I've done my best to keep it clean. In Arizona we don't have to much to worry about weather other than the heat.
Thanks again for the responses.

It's the automatic with that manual side slap gear shifter. I'm guessing that was a early attempt at paddle shifter on the stick.
